  Andrew at Be Realty helped my husband buy his first condo before we started dating. That home held so many memories through our dating, engagement and married life. When we were looking to sell, even our friends were sad because we would be moving to what was a home to many others. Buying my first house in my life with my husband was such a huge step (during the pandemic nonetheless). Andrew did an amazing job walking through the whole process with us! He was calm, never pushy, and very diligent. He gave us his expert opinion which was so helpful throughout the whole process. Andrew, thanks so much for working so hard and helping us not only sell our first place together, but buying a home that will house many new memories (even as we continue through this pandemic). We couldn't be more thankful Andrew and his team at Be Realty!

  No Professional people at all!! You leave voicemails, and no return phone calls. But to top it off, they take your application fee, knowing that the property you’re requesting. They’re saving for people they know. My daughter inquired about a property that I personally knew wouldn’t be available until May. She called to get an application sent to her and it was confirmed that this place isn’t available yet. . My daughter sent the application in and the fee to get approved, so when this property becomes available, she’ll already have her bid in. But low and behold! My daughter received an email the following two days saying the house was off the market. HOW IS THIS? . I called to get an answer as to why and how is this house not available. Truth is they promised it to somebody they knew and still took my daughters money. A bunch of crooks!!! I’m still waiting for someone to call me back two weeks later!!

  Vivian, sorry for your frustration and for the confusion. As you noted, the property won't be available until May. It's not May yet, and the property still has not been listed.   Lynn and Andrew helped us sell our condo in a neighborhood with a high saturation of sellers. They were both patient with all of our questions and the selling process, as well as quick to respond with updates from showings, offers, etc. Most of all, we value their kindness and honesty as people.
