      They are approved by All State. Relatively simple fix took more than 3 weeks when it was supposed to be 5 days.They lost a part that I had to come back for and the front desk ladies are just awful. Just find a different shop. Isiah was helpful (really the only person)

      Derek and the team at Gerber are seriously the best. I got into a collision the day before I was supposed to go out of town, and he shifted and made it work to let me bring my vehicle in same day. I really did not want to look for a new car in this market, and I was paranoid it had been totaled. Communication was quick and clear, and as soon as they knew it was NOT totaled, they let me know. The repairs took a little less than three weeks due to the supply chain issues, but they still managed to finish ahead of schedule. Everything was coordinated through my insurance, and they kept me updated throughout the process. My car honestly looks better now than when I bought it. Thanks y’all!
