HORRIBLE experience with Matt K. Take my warning and GO ELSEWHERE. I was a first-time homebuyer and Matt did a TERRIBLE job of keeping me informed with information that I needed. When I asked questions (such as why does Bell Bank need my tax documents for marketing purposes… which is completely ridiculous & they wanted me to sign off on) he would get annoyed and frustrated. Matt was not personable and is someone I would never recommend working with. I ended up financial worse off due to Matt and had the absolute WORST most STRESSFUL experience with him.
