  Jodee Dillon was great to work with for our mortgage. She was willing to work whatever hours were needed to be able to answer my questions and keep the process moving along quickly. I was surprised when she called me back at 8:30 pm to answer some of my questions. I really expected that I would not hear back from her until the following day but she.did not quit at normal work hours. She kept working whatever hours were needed.

  I was referred to Jodee by Kent custom homes. I didnt have much knowledge about building or getting mortgages. The first time i reached out to Jodee on the phone, we spent almost an hour and a half talking. Jodee had no idea who i was. Jodee took her time (several hours in total) any time I would call so she could properly explain things. Because we built in the middle of covid, our 6 month build turned into almost 13 months. Jodee was here, guiding me throughout the entire process. I strongly recommend Jodee if you are looking for a mortgage. She is crazy smart. But she explains complicated anwers in a way for anyone to understand. Jodee has won a customer for life. She is now part of my family.

  I don't even know where to start... Jodee was absolutely amazing during the entire home buying process. As I'm someone not only "doing it alone" but also my first time buying a home. I have very little knowledge in this industry but that didn't matter at all because I had Jodee. They always tell you to "shop" around for a lender. Jodee was the first lender I spoke to. From the first conversation, I felt like I knew her for years. She is so personable and extremely knowledgeable in her industry (as you can see from all of her years of experience) that she made me feel instantly comfortable with her. Jodee herself encouraged me to even "shop" around but after a couple conversations I didn't want to waste my time anymore, I knew Jodee was the lender for me. Jodee was extremely patient with me as I needed things to be explained thoroughly for me to understand and through conversation and the time she took with me, I know she had my best interest at heart. Jodee and her team are EXTREMELY reliable, communicative, and get things done quickly. She went above and beyond in every phase of this journey and I'll be forever grateful. One of many things I've learned in this journey is.. it's extremely important to have a reliable, experienced lender. That's why I would HIGHLY recommend Jodee and her team. If you're looking for the BEST OF THE BEST, Jodee is your person.
