If I could give a lower rating, I would. We began our re-finance process almost 7 months ago and we have yet to close on our loan. At this point, Joe B does not respond to our requests for updates. My husband tried to call him twice a while back and never received a call back. This is the absolute worst experience we’ve ever had. We do NOT recommend this company. There is simply no customer service, just empty promises that are not kept.
