      I have been to the branch 5 times and each time I go the teller who is the same young lady with blonde hair glasses is slouched down on her phone. She has a horrible attitude and needs customer service improvement.

      Despite providing me with a spectacular rate on my car loans and credit card I actually question whether the headache is worth it. The staff is NOT trained across the board about costs and policies. The technology to make and arrange for account management is archaic at best. You will spend an inordinate amount of time trying to get setup and figure out what it correct information. Very frustrating process. Super nice staff. But poor organization all together.
