      I had gotten behind about getting my taxes done this year and knew a popular competitor would not be able to complete mine on time so I went back to Liberty Tax service in West Chester, PA after six years. I spoke with Jenny (who recognized me!) on Saturday April 15 around closing time and she was so nice and assured me that if she couldn’t complete it then she would initiate an extension for me. She called me on Tuesday to say it was completed and that I had to come in to get it with time to go home to write a check to mail out a payment before the post office closed! Everything went great and I now know where to go next year. Not only was she able to complete my return, but the price was considerably less than the other place I didn’t mention by name earlier. It went so smoothly and I think I volunteered to be the Statue of Liberty mascot waving to passing cars in 2023! Honk if you see me! 🚃🚡

      Make sure that you ask about the cost for each item. I was not told how much fee it each form costed until the final invoice was created, and the total was much more than I expected.

      I came in for a walk-in appointment and I was immediately aided by the professionals in the building. When it comes to taxes I had no clue what I was doing but they made it seem simple. Jenn was an amazing help and made the whole experience stress free
