  I was referred to Chris by my grandson's football coach. Having used the VA home loan before, he had all of my info before I could give it to him. Needless to say, I enjoyed working with Chris, but the part that impressed me the most, was the feedback from the sellers agents. As soon as we placed a bid on a house, Chris called the sellers agent and GAVE them a thorough review of the benefits of a VA loan and why they shouldn't discount or blow off someone using the VA loan option. He also informed the agent that I was pre-qualified for the amount that I had offered, and that he could have the inspection done and we could close in 2 weeks max. These agents would contact my agent and express that this really helped them inform their seller in keeping me in the consideration when deciding who they would pick. They also told my agent how much they learned about the VA loan system and that this had never been explained to them before, and they really didn't know anything about the VA system except to avoid it....... Needless to say, in the Phoenix market, there was a lot of competition and homes were being purchased for cash with NO appraisal, usually the first day on the market or several times it was before the sellers agent had their first allowed open house. Although it took several months to get my house, I am pleased with my house, and the sellers agent was surprised and impressed at the speed Chris was able to process and close the deal. The house I got, had two cash offers with no appraisal, but they chose me, I believe Chris's communication with the agent helped make mine a valid offer and choice. The market in Phoenix has slowed down since I purchased my home, but don't give up, Chris will get you your home. Semper Fi Chris, from the ole Corps to the new Corps :-) Brad

  Chris went above and beyond to helps get in our home. We bought and sold simultaneously and had to travel across country while closing. When things got delayed he worked out a solution and made the issue a blessing. Thank you again.

  Being an AF family buying a home sight unseen from across the country, it was important for us to use a real estate team that had military experience. Chris was incredible to work with, always available despite a difference in time zones, was extremely knowledgeable about the ins & outs of our VA loan, and was so personable. We really feel like we had a family helping us. When it comes time to refi, buy, or sell, we will 1000% use Chris again.
