      Absolutely amazing team! Even with being self-employed and navigating a 1031 Exchange, the Benchmark Mortgage team created a smooth and positive experience for us. Their communication is top notch and their knowledge of the industry is unparalleled. What impressed us most was the friendly and positive attitude of every team member at this office.       Absolutely the last company that I would recommend for a VA or any mortgage loan. Comments in response to Benchmark's response; If you call helping with my (it was only 4 months) by adding endless credit searches to my credit score, that's a good deed. If you call recommending the laziest, lyingest realtor to be found in the Boise area, that's another one of your good deeds. And, if you call charging closing costs that are over 10 times more than other refinance companies, that could be called being honest with your customers & doing them a good deed. All your "good deeds" are what made me find an honest mortgage company somewhere else. Finally, in your case hopefully "no good goes unpunished".
