      Went here after hours to use ATM and there is a weird guy just parked in the teller lanes, not the first time this has happened starting to feel unsafe.

      Closed my account because I’ve never been to a bank that takes forever to process one thing. Spent at least 15 mins here every time and rarely ever a wait or busy. Waited 10 mins in drive thru before being helped and there were no customers inside. Tried going to the Glenville location and they lack customer service so I just closed my account.
