      I've known Nestor for many years and he's always proven himself to be very knowledgeable and hard working. He's a great man that cares about his customers. Edit: I wanted to add to this review a few years later, after a more recent sale, to say that everything in the original comments above still holds true. In our recent purchase, Nestor was always available for questions at the cost of personal time and worked diligently to help us meet all deadlines, even as some last minute chaos changed them unexpectedly. I hope to not leave our current home any time soon, but if we do, he will be the first person I call.

      This is a great company to do business with. I purchased my first home with them when everyone else was giving me a tough deal and two years later didn't hesitate to contact them again when the market was right to get my home refinanced. Nestor is knowledgeable, with amazing good manners that makes you feel like family. We went over all my questions and doubts together extensibility and I was even able to get a better deal that the one I was hoping for. Paperwork was easily done too.
