I can't say enough about Beth and her team at Cross Country! I was unhappy with a previous lender but felt stuck since I had only 2 weeks to close because I had to be out of my rental. Not only did they get me a lower rate they got me to closing in just 10 days! Their service and dedication to expedite the process for me was amazing. As a first time homebuyer they kept me informed throughout each step and truly lightened the burden of a stressful situation. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely use them again in the future!

Beth Lewis was the absolute best! I had referrals for 4 mortgage companies from friends. Beth was the only one who was willing to provide me any information before actually running my credit. She was the only one who called me back the same day and did not hand me off to an assistant before even taking my information. When I was suddenly getting divorced in the middle of loan processing, she went above and beyond to help me get all the paperwork cleared to close and closed the loan promptly. I cannot say enough about what a great experience it was to work with Beth! I would use her again in a heartbeat and recommend her to all my friends and family when they are looking for a mortgage.
