I was referred to Michael by my Real estate agent but I did my due diligence and shopped around to more than 5 other lenders and in the end Michael was offering the best deal both on my rate as well as the lender fees. Michael was fantastic! As a new homebuyer I had plenty of both good and stupid questions that he was more than happy to take the time and explain everything very clearly and honestly any time of day or day of week. I was so happy with him I referred him to a friend who also shopped around and found him to have the best deal for her refinance as well! Do your research and talk to a bunch of lenders but keep Michael Waldman and Cross-country Mortgage on the top of your list and you wont be disappointed!
