Very nice staff, never any lines to wait in and it's a very fast process for anything. Even when I ask a bunch of questions about things I don't know, they always seem happy to answer them. Nice and secure, love this bank and the awesome people who work here!

We've been customers of biddeford savings for at least 25+ years. Always pleased with the service. However, since the merge the services aren't as good as they used to be. The employees have always and still are very personable. Just not the same bank as it used to be.
