  I worked with Bill over the course of about 2 years while I was looking for my home. I put offers in on 3 properties in three different states and Bill was always patient and willing to help me out. When i finally found the right place, he was there to answer questions and assist with the entire process from offer to closing. I recommend Bill and SWBC very highly.

  We had the pleasure of working with Bill and Allie for our refinance. I cannot praise them enough for their professionalism, support, and guidance during this process. Our previous mortgage company was lacking in customer support; and SWBC excels in customer satisfaction. Whenever I had to call Bill, it was like talking to a family member - it felt like he really was on our side and took a lot of time answering the many questions that I had. Allie was very prompt in responding to emails, sending documentation quickly and kept us up to date during this process. I'm so glad that our friend referred us to this group - it has been a complete 180 in customer service and we are happy to join the SWBC Family!

  Bill Gellatly was great, He helped us with every aspect of our home purchase, he communicated very well and instantly answered all of my questions. There were a few times, i was constantly calling him with all kinds of questions and he never once treated me like I was bothering him he said anytime I had a question to give him a call. Bill is a joy to work with and I know If I ever have any questions or ever think about buying a vacation home or more land. I know the person to call. Thanks Bill for not only helping make our dreams come true, also being a pleasure to work with.
