      Awful!!! I sent my documents to them a month ago. No response to messages online. No response from messages and phone calls from my tax preparer. I spoke to a supervisor 2 days ago and was told my taxes would be done yesterday. Nope. I just spoke to customer service, someone is calling me back today. Taxes are due in a few days and they have had all my documents for a month. This should have been done by now. Never going back to them.

      My experience sucked. I used to set up an appointment come in and sit down with my tax pro and my taxes were done. This year I showed up for my appointment, a disheveled 'manager' showed up after I did and just scanned my documents and said that he will send them in. 10 days went by and I heard nothing. I then called and no one knew who I was. After another day they finally found my documents.
