      Our tax advisor David MacFarlane was knowledgeable and prompt.

      Did an incompetent job, which requires filing an amended return. Met with the preparer who was unable to correct the error saying it is the fault of the software which he didn't understand and couldn't fix. Discovered that he overcharged based upon the chart of fees, which he showed me but would allow me to copy of photograph. Sneaked in an agreement with block in the manner in which he asked me to sign. Refused to issue a refund of the fee charged for the incompetent return, not to mention the value of my lost time.
