      Having construction across from me has been a rough experience even though I know I waived my right to complain. Management branch of Blue Mountain that handles repairs, maintenance, etc. is good, luckily.

      Unprofessional, cavalier, seedy, indifferent, unmotivated, slow, overly greedy (cheap) is the best way I can describe them. The sales period is typically when a builder is most responsive. Even during this period they were extremely unresponsive and cavalier at my expense. I had been pre-approved from my lender for another property and shared with the builder/sales team these records so that we don't start another credit check and application at my expense. They insisted that they would not start the process unless we went through their lender which charges a premium interest rate that would cost me an additional $34,000+. When I asked for using a competitive lender, after a week of haggling, they responded with "We'll get back. The builder is very busy." They never did. If they were this sleazy and unresponsive during the pre-sale state, I can imagine how poor the quality of subsequent interactions, the building process, commitment to timely completion and house quality will be.
