  I needed my sump pump run underground into the back yard so that it would not freeze in winter. I hired Bluemels. Instead of solving this problem I ended up with a swamp in back yard, a wet garage and paid thousands of dollars. I reached out to Bluemels and they came back to look at my yard. They agreed it was not what was expected and would get back to me. What I received was a proposal for $2000 dollars worth of work. They would dig up much of what had been done and reroute it. I sent a email asking them to reconsider the price since it involved digging up what I had already paid for. That was May 19th and I still have received a response. They were the only quote I requested and I guess I learned my lesson. Look into all options before you proceed with costly work from Bluemels. Clearly they not support their work. This picture was taken in the early spring before the grass had turned green.

  Carol, We did exactly what we proposed to do which was redirect the water that was pooling-up on your driveway and freezing in the winter to your back yard. We directed it to an area that you and your daughter agreed to. We never guaranteed that the water would not pool-up in your yard because that would be impossible to predict. You had told us that your sump pump went off every 10-15 minutes, which indicates that an abnormal amount of water is being pumped away from your home at all hours of the day. Aside from coming back out to your home free of charge to make adjustments in an attempt to lessen the amount of water that was pooling-up, we did as you said; we offered you another option to try and combat the water that was now building-up in your yard which you opted not to go with. We're very sorry that the water is now an issue in another area of your property, but again- we achieved the goal of getting it off of your driveway where it was creating a very dangerous slip hazard.
