  Opened an account online with BOM Harris and they promised a $500 bonus with $7500 direct deposit...We did that and after 3 months they say the promo failed to apply and we can't give you the bonus...Even called the Woodbury branch and no response! Just a scam these guys are at BMO in general! UPDATE: They take care of my promotion and fixed the issue with their online application bug!

  I came in to meet with a banker regarding my account and when I approached the teller she ask me what I wanted and I told her I needed to speak to a banker and she responded with "why" and I said "regarding my account ". She proceeded to call the banker and says "Natalie wants to talk to a banker, I don't know why" then gets off the phone abd says go talk to such and such banker he's over there.... I said where there are many cubicles over there she responded with "just go"... point of the story if you don't like working in customer service then don't but don't be rude to me! Needless to say I found the banker and closed my account because I don't deserve to be treated like that!!

  Poor customer service always get treated like a criminal in there if I bring cash in they ask why I have cash if I come in to cash a check they don’t wanna give cash back they want it deposited this is the Karen of banks
