  The Harris Bank on Weber Road in Bolingbrook, IL offered a promotion that if you open account with $200 they would give you $5 per month if you deposited 200 each month in the account. At the conclusion of the promotion I only received $35. I went in to talk about it and they told me well the promotion is over and there's nothing we can do about it and that I would have to just take the loss. I appealed to them to do what was right by me, customer, honor their promotion and I should be made whole. They declined to do anything, so I closed both my accounts savings and checking. Very poor customer service there. I do not recommend banking there. Attached are the cards of the people dealt with at the branch.

  The absolute worst customer service in the area. Joan was really rude and completely ignored my friend and I waiting in line. Then proceeded to help another customer that walked in after us. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
