  Long time business customer but first & last time using this branch location. Funds from a business account held for 2 days. We have never ever had this issue with any other branches. I will use the Division street or Oswego branch and won’t use this location again.

  I spoke to Christy on the phone today and she was so helpful. I had a replacement card fee, which I was unaware of, as someone tried doing fraud on my account, and she was able to remove it for me. I had also ordered checks when I decided to open up a bank account with them and I never received them because no order was ever placed by the manager and she was able to place an order for me over the phone. I had my problem solved today and I really hope BMO keeps hiring people like Christy.
