  Used to be good when I opened my account there 7 years ago. Stopped caring about me when I moved out of state. I kept it because I was getting atm fees refunded. Now every time I use an atm I get double charged. I’ve called multiple times but you have to speak with a banker and the bankers never call me back like they say they will. They want you to come in but that’s not possible when you live in Texas.

  Twice I've had issues with my account where I am required to physically come to a branch and prove my identity. I drive over the road, there are ways to prove my identity without losing work "if" they wanted to. This is the worse bank I have ever dealt with. I am closing my account never to Beal with this bank again.
