      Have been at different BMO Harris branches for almost 10 years now and have always had a great experience. Employees are kind and knowledgeable, and they have locations all over the country.

      I have a car loan with this company; I have never missed a payment. Every time I call to ask about my balance or have a question they are rude and have an attitude. I have never been treated like this by any other bank, so if you are looking to get a car loan I would suggest searching elsewhere.

      Worse bank ever. Loose your paperwork and back charge you for 3 years. What a joke, managers are rude and disrespectful. No help whatsoever. Update: after the banks response I sent an email as they requested and have not heard anything back, worse bank ever still.
