      Stopped into the bank about a week ago it was on a Friday and the bank was getting ready to close i was the last customer of the day I worked with a nice lady by the name of Ms. Rocio Castellanos It was a very good experience everyone was very polite Ms. Castellanos explained a lot things to me that I did not know she helped me open up a New Checking Account & also a Savings Account I haven’t received good customer service like that in a while thank you Ms. Castellanos I’ll ask for you every time I stop into the bank God Bless

      I’m constantly deposited cash and checks in the ATM machine it keeps rejecting i’m constantly telling them to fix the ATM machine over and over it is not safe for anybody making deposit or withdraw money if the ATM keep constantly breaking down this is a safety concern

      One of your tellers is short in attitude&tone and will not answer questions directly. Everyone else I've ever dealt with has been amazing. One bad apple to ruin the bunch.
