      I just opened an account here last week, and after a few days of initial struggles everything was worked out! The branch manager at this location who helped me, Poonam Parikh, was so incredibly kind, friendly and helpful! She even said hello when I pulled into the drive up teller today! Thoroughly impressed with the service I have received!

      This bank is not good, terrible customer service. All the personal bankers have worried about having a conversation with each other and not helping any customers in line. Than long wait time for cash withdrawal smh. Was lied too about banking app and debit card, was told the bank could print me a debit card and says “Oh it works but we can’t do that for you” this bank needs to go out of business. App sucks too. Please please please don’t bank here unless you really need too!
