  This is the second time that I've made a deposit and it went into somebody else's account. This is so disgusting. I'm done with this bank!

  If I could give negative stars I would. Their hours are posted on their door as well as on Google. Drive through opens at 8:30. Apparently it's changed to 9 as of SEPTEMBER, and no one has updated google, nor have they bothered to change the hours posted on their door. Normally, I have nothing but praise for the people at the drive through...the "regulars" for lack of a better word, are great. Unfortunately, BMO's lack of regard for their regular customers is lacking.
