I have paid off two different mortgage loans with Bank of Arkansas Mortgage (aka BOK Financial). Both times either my insurance was canceled because the escrow department failed to handoff the payments correctly or my property taxes went delinquent because the bank failed to send any notices of new billing information. Beware. You will need to do significant leg work on your own.
