      Overall BOK Financial at 2nd and Wadsworth has very professional people working for them. The tellers are very friendly and helpful and answer questions when asked. No issues with tellers. Would reccommend.

      I visited this place a year ago and they were sooo helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a new debit card, which i have gotten there at least twice before and within 15mins. They said they would order a new one and mail it. They told me they couldnt do it. Then tried to convert my account. Probably gonna switch banks now. That was a pain.

      Avoid this branch. It is terribly understaffed, takes forever to get things done. One person is running everything. So, you have to sort and wait while other people going ahead of you. They are apologizing for it, but how does it make a difference?! Your apology means nothing when I still have to sit and wait because you poorly manage your staffing.
