  Brad is the consummate professional! He made this process as stress free as possible. He explained each step of the lending process, my options with financing, points and fees. Brad responded very quickly when I reached out to him and was always clear with his communications. Brad and his team turned my mortgage loan around in a very efficient manner on a short timeline.   We purchased a home while living out of state and everything went so smoothly because Brad kept us up to date regularly. He checked in to see if we had any questions. And if we had a question he couldn't answer he found out the answer and got right back to us. We were honestly surprised at how informed we were along the way and that there were no last minute requests for more information from us. We were given a closing date very early on in the process and that is actually when we closed. No hold ups, no date changes, no hassles!
