      They are scammers, and their realtor too. Be careful if you are going to deal with them. Don’t ever trust them, especially when they send the approval letter to the realtor that has been offered to you by them. They will make you pay everything and by the end they will tell you “sorry you are not qualified“ for this loan program. They will give you another option but you have to pay thousands more or you will lose what you have already paid before. That’s what happened to me and I lost almost $5000 and I have to be out the house I am renting by the end of this month. This all happened 19 days before the closing day. Because of them My family will be on the street if we don’t find a place to rent. Stanly Walston as a lender and Christopher as a realtor.
