  We moved during the pandemic and when we opened our accounts at Bryant Bank there was no opportunity to go into the bank and meet the people. My husband handled most of it by phone and then we went to the drive through to finalize everything. Laura, at the Trussville branch, could not have been nicer or more helpful. By the time we drove away, we did not miss the “going in the bank” experience.

  Customers of the bank shouldn't have to pay $7 for an "official check" since you don't offer money orders. You should rethink that policy. Disappointing.

  Melissa at Bryant Bank helped me get a pre-approval letter for a loan. She was very professional, quick and knowledgeable. They were honest and upfront about interest rates, terms and monthly payment quotes. I was very impressed with their customer service.
