  I'm not a member of this financial institution, however I received a gift card issued from this bank as the purchaser banks with them. Upon attempting to use the gift card I was unable to access the funds. I called customer service and they said that the card had been compromised and it should be a short and simple process to visit the branch, fill out a required form detailing the fraudulent transactions that occurred and then they would be able to issue another card. I came in and explained that it was a gift and so I didn't ask which one of the gift givers had personally conducted the transaction in order order purchase the card. Turns out it had been re-gifted to me, unbeknownst to myself. The entire time I'm explaining to the representative that I don't know exactly who would have purchased the card because no one in their right mind questions an individual who gives them a gift. The representative began asking questions as though he didn't believe what I was saying and which implied there was little truth to what I was saying. It was very offensive and I did not enjoy or appreciate the experience. Not to mention the entire process took over 30 minutes to complete what should have been a simple transaction. Just an overall bad experience.

  Why do you close the door at 4:55 just rush to this place from work just to be disappointed and the lady inside acting like they don’t see anyone . Worst bank ever

  Drove 25miles to the Centerville branch on a saturday morning to DEPOSIT my wife and my government stimulus check. The young man on duty ( May 23rd 2020 ) refused to make the deposit although check was endorsed by both parties. I am furious!
