  I visited the Kingstowne branch in Feb. 2022 to close my account because over the years I have noticed a decline in the employees' abilities to efficiently handle my banking and financial needs. During this visit, the manager was exceedingly rude and unprofessional. I believe her last name is Cole. She was helping an associate while I was in the office, and the manager never acknowledged me. When I asked her a question, she raised her index finger at me and harshly said, "I will speak to you after I'm done!" When she finished , she left the office without evening looking at me. I was a customer for many years. Customers used to be treated with respect and dignity. The decline in what used to be excellent customer service and professionalism at Burke and Herbert is very sad to see.

  This location unfortunately has a bad customer services experience- l sorry to say that but this s my second time I got disappointing from visiting this location , lazy people working there , you go there’s smiling and polite way to communicate with them , but they seems unhappy and rude while serving you !!!! Come on … most of my visits just easy to do !!! , I took cash to deposit in my account was less than ;5k bills , the lady made a face to me after she put the cash in the machine to count it !!! She want to me to separate each type of bill alone ( there’s only 20$ and 10 $ bill with me !!! , most of the time just they sitting there , it s not busy ,, I will recommend to the top managers there to take care of well trained of the employees there and learn to say please , thank you and have a good day to their customers my family use to have 5 accounts with B& H already we close 3 switch to other bank . Because low customers service - the only reason now is because this location is near by our home . But I m not sure to stay with them with this low quality service
