Justin Roberts, He left escrow hanging buyer's agent hanging listing agent hanging kept everyone in the dark when docs were supposed to arrive and just ghosted everyone! Did not disclose up front that this loan would need VA approval from VA and said he could do a 21 day loan and it is now a month late and still no docs. I have been doing Real-Estate for 20 years and never had such horrible customer service and communication! He should not be doing loans!!!!!!

The individual I dealt with was rood. The phone lines which I called three times with two separate phones were very poor. It sounded like a ham radio.
