We worked with Kim throughout the home buying process, and she helped add an element of comfort and control to the chaos that is SoCal real estate! She was available for random questions at all hours, explained different strategies regarding financing the purchase, and was always willing to have some back-and-forth conversations on decisions. She also gave very realistic estimates when we asked about different offers we were considering making. She advocated for us at each step, and I truly feel she has her clients’ best interests in mind. We will be going back to her when we refinance, and again if/when we want to buy a new property.
