      Cain Financial shouldn't still be in bussiness. I am an over the road trucker. CF knows this and my home time is questionable. Every time I make it back to Fresno and pick up my pay check I cash it and pay my bills CF, rent, storage, cell phones and utilities. Back in March 2021 I was two payments behind because the longer I stay on the road the more money when I get home. I always stayed in contact with CF as I was on the road which made it easy for them to repo my car. I had put their payment in the mail on Sunday March 21 2021 Thursday 25 2021 I get a call from home saying the car is not in the back yard. I call CF the next morning and was told yes they had my car repoed. WHY?! I just mailed your payment Sunday morning. Well we don't have it so we took your car. I'm steaming. I tell dispatch I need to get home now. Monday morning CF calls me and says they have my payment. Okay so I get my car back? NO. I have to pay Fresno PD the tow company and storage fees. WHAT?! I still don't have my car.

      Super horrible at answering the phone! Constantly calling and still no answer, not responsive at all whatsoever.

      Cain financial is by far the worst when it comes to answering there phone. Call like 35 times and never did anyone answer the damn phone is if no one works there. And they don't take time to answer there voice mail because it says that it is full.
