  In early 2022, Rick King and Robert King worked with me to underwrite a loan based on income from 2 part-time employers, both of which had been negatively affected by the 2020-2021 COVID lockdowns. I received major wage raises and hours increases at both jobs in the latter half of 2021, so my income expectations for 2022 and onward were very different from my income history during the qualifying window of 2020-2021 (about 50% higher, considering both the substantial wage raises and the end of lost hours from lockdowns). While the other lenders I tried wouldn’t work with me, Rick King shepherded my case through Underwriting and got me a loan amount that had buying power and comfortable repayment terms. He also kept me informed about how to interpret my buying power in a condo market with HOA dues, and stayed supportive as I switched real estate agents in the middle of my housing search. Five stars. Would recommend….. have already recommended.

  I recently closed on a house with the help of Jon and the Caliber team. I was very pleased with my service, they were prompt at all correspondence, helped me understand the process in a friendly way, and were generally just 'partners' through the entire thing.
