  Jon and his team were amazing to work with. This was my first time purchasing a home. The whole home search process was stressful in itself but when it came to putting an offer in , pre approval etc this team was on it. Not only was it during the pandemic but also a VA Home loan. His team walked me through the process and helped me make it happen. I would 100% use them again for another home purchase. As a veteran you always hear these terrible stories about va home loans and rates but Jon and his team were the exception to those stories. They were Quick, patient, had attention to detail, transparent and provided the best rates. I am not going to lie I shopped around but no one came close to this team that came highly recommended by a dear friend of mine. If you need help purchasing your first home and need a veteran friendly business to work with …this is the place!

  Their rate was better compared with some online quotes, but there are better rates elsewhere - and if you aren't in an urgent situation, it'll probably serve you to look elsewhere. However, our experience with them had been top-notch for purchasing in a seller's market. They gave us easy-to-understand web page to compare rates. We got weekly updates. They were very responsive. They even bookended our moving experience with some moving supplies and a house-warming gift. Great experience.
