      Brian Thielicke and Mary Anderson went above and beyond to help us close on our first home. It took them 1 day to get us pre-approved and a couple more to get us an address TBD Underwritten Approval. When we put in an offer on a home, Brian called the selling agent in our behalf to put in a good word. We went under contract on Feb 2, they had appraisal done within the week and we closed on Feb 16! Since we were new to the whole process, we had no idea how fast this was until all our friends starting saying how their escrow took 30-60 days!
