  Alex is extremely professional and communicative. I was leery a refi would be possible for us, but Alex was able to find a program that worked with our situation.   My spouse and I worked with Aleksandr Melnik as first time homebuyers and he was fantastic to work with, I can’t say this enough! Aleks communicated and kept us updated throughout the entire home buying process, answered endless questions, and was very responsive any time of the day. He was very easy to get ahold of via phone call/text. Aleks is very knowledgeable and straight-forward which we really appreciated. I speak highly of him and immediately think of him when friends or family are looking for a lender. He made the home buying process so smooth and kept us sane and educated during the entire journey to home ownership. We closed earlier than expected and can’t thank Aleks enough for his hard work!
