  From the time my husband and I first met Stacey by phone, I could tell she had years of experience and expertise. I had a good gut feeling about working with her from the get go. Stacey made our home-buying process easy. She was the hub that kept everything moving along. When we had questions along the way, she was quick to get back to us and keep everything on track. During the process of purchasing our home, we had a few things that came up that had the potential to slow down the process, but Stacey had the knowledge, resources and contacts to trouble-shoot and keep things moving along as quickly as possible. Stacey is one of the most professional people I’ve ever worked with. She is responsive to inquiries, whether it’s by phone, text or email. She’s proactive and never misses a beat! It’s easy for homeowners to get emotional and nervous during the home-buying process, but Stacey made it easy for us to get over these issues quickly. She patiently answered all our questions, and when she didn’t have the answer on the spot, she did some magic for us in the background and followed up quickly. She has a gentle and calming spirit that is so refreshing through the various tension points that come up during the home-buying process. This is especially important when you’re buying your dream home! We closed on our home while we were out of state. But this was no problem. We were able to do almost all of the “paperwork” with electronic signatures. This made the process so easy. We don’t plan on purchasing another home anytime soon, but if we do, she will be the first person we reach out to. Stacey is not only the kind of person I want to work with, she’s also the type of person I’d want as a mentor on how to offer exceptional customer service.
