      If negative stars was a option I would have selected so. The employee I ended up being stuck with decided that my Veteran Affairs Disabled Veterans ID was not enough to obtain a simple western Union was sent for my birthday. I have gone to this exact location and used said ID multiple times prior. I then asked to speak with a manager to which she lied and informed me there was no manager on staff. Which’s obviously not true as a manager must do final counts. The entire time you could see her smile stretched ear to ear even through her mask . This location does not support the Veteran community as well as felt it needed to lie on multiple occasions. I was not asking any special privileges only to be treated as everyone else. It’s truly a pity that branch that was located on kearny has permanently closed as the level of service and help out shined this B location.

      Great place to go for a quick small loan when your financials are in a bind. Having said that, the wait times in line can be rather lengthy if you visit during the government pay cycles (first 3 days of every month). Don't be fooled though, rates for all services are naturally high for having the convenience to get quick cash when a financial emergency strikes. Use common sense, and know your limitations prior to asking for any advance on your part.
