I have been here . many times, and have found the service here to be fair,and quick. The ladies that work here should be honored with a medal or something. When you consider what they have to put up with daily, hell wish i could offer them a hug or what not. Yes the location is rough and should be avoided on the 1st of the month but hell that's not their fault

They do NOT cash checks anymore. I just left here at 2:00pm and the lady came to the window and pointed to a sign in the window. The sign simply states "we do not cash any checks." She then says "would you like the nearest location?" I said no and walked out. They should change their services offered because check cashing isn't one.

1 star is way to much for the Customer Service at this location. The 2 rude phillipino ladies that are at the counter are as rude as it gets. They made such a easy process so difficult. Both phillipino ladies have attitude, and the other 3rd I think Chinese lady with glasses that sits at the middle of the office just gives people this mean look reminds me of a horror movie when I walked into this place, bad enough its in a bad location with drug infested feens hanging out in front of their location, dirty drug needles in the middle of the sidewalk, loud construction next door..busy streets, hard to find parking and right down the street from the General Assistance/food stamp office. ..Eww dirty, stinky area. Reps attitude stink,dirty and just as bad as their location ..If you can take your business else please do so. or dont complain about the nasty service youll receive or if any service at all.
