      Very friendly employees providing fast, efficient service. Even during the COVID-19 restrictions, I was greeted with smile eyes and the lines moved very fast. I have never had an issue with this branch. The only room for improvement would be if this branch was also open on Saturdays.

      I would do no stars if possible. This bank is extremely difficult to work with. They hide your loan info and you have to wait 15 minutes to speak with someone on a non-busy day. I spoke with James then transferred to supervisor of the Call center named Damon, not only did they not help me but told me I needed to call back later AND would have to await 15 -20 minutes again. They are NOT helpful and I would NOT recommend them.

      opened account last friday at the branch. i try create online access at home, but it was not going through. i wasted 30 min with rep over the phone for nothing. so i have to visit branch again and see the teller at the branch, cause somebody screw up when creating my account at the branch.
