  This is the worst place ever. Do not even work with a guy named Steve Pedigo. He is slow and he lies about how he does things for you. He lied to our agent telling her we were pre approved for a loan to help us buy a house. He even gave our real estate agent a pre approved letter. She told us we looked good to put offer on a house we were interested in. During escrow we thought we were getting the house. Nope never did cause of our credit. He checked our credit several times putting several dinks on our credit. He should of told us the first time credit check we were not approved. He lied to us lied to our real estate agent. Falsefied a document. It was just bad professionalism all the way around for him and the company he works for. Should be a lawsuit on this. We lost money on a house and time. So if you dont want to go through this dont go to this company CMA of Modesto. Stay away and do research.

  Let me start by saying that we have been accredited as an A+ business with the better business bureau for over 25 years with no complaints registered. We always strive to make sure that all of our clients are very well taken care of and understand the complexity of securing a real estate loan. Without disclosing confidential information about your specific loan situation, there were multiple approvals necessary which caused more than a single credit pull by our office. The loan that was applied for required a minimum credit score for approval. We made recommendations of items in the credit file that needed to be addressed. The items were never addressed. The communication was clear that without meeting the minimum credit score threshold there would be no loan approval. If that was not communicated clearly enough I apologize. This credit standard was not a Company guideline., This loan was a California Bond program loan and the guideline was a state guideline. The outcome would have the same with any lender. I wish that during the process if you had questions, that you were not getting answers to that you would have contacted me. I am always willing to take the time to communicate exactly what needs to happen to successfully navigate the loan approval process. I am sorry that the outcome was not as we all wanted.
