  Awful experience here. I opened a checking account to take advantage of a promotional bonus, and carefully followed the criteria stated to me for the following months. When I never received the bonus, I reached to the bank many times over e-mail and in-person for clarity. The branch manager, Sisamouth, was terrible at communicating and even ignored emails at times. When I was finally forced to visit the bank in-person, he would claim that the issue would be resolved swiftly only to change his mind and go back on his word a few days later. I tried contacting another branch, and it turns out that the people at the Arlington branch signed me up for a college account (even though I'm not in college and never made any mention of being in college?) - this was yet another barrier to "disqualify" me from the bonus. The whole process dragged on for weeks; the folks at this branch would come up with reason after reason to try to disqualify me from the promotion, and it would be my first time hearing about any of the reasons they presented. I'd rather not have to deal with this bank again.
