      Nothing on website to say lobby is by appointment only. Wasted my time. Drove to Eastern Ave and didn't have correct hours posted outside. So still couldn't do business. Called in to complain and was told I must not have seen the sign and I could have called ahead. Blamed me instead of addressing issues.
