      I am a small business owner in Augusta, Maine. Have been doing my business checking with TD Bank on Western Avenue for several years now. Very friendly staff all the way around. Their ATM machines at all of their locations have deposit capabilities both in the form of cash and checks. That is what keeps my business running smoothly.       Absolutely horrible customer service for very simple banking transactions! I don’t have any loans or need to borrow money. A simple withdrawal from one of my accounts that has more than ample funds is a challenge. Vanessa is rude and condescending! Zero stars is more appropriate!
