  The Pittsford CNB branch is the best bank I have EVER used! I credit this mostly to the Manager, Harry. He always goes way out of his way to make everything easy and never a problem. Thank you Harry!

  I love CNB and bank there for business and personal but the Pittsford branch is falling way behind in service

  This bank loses your payment checks then tries to charge you late fees. You make countless phone calls to your financial institution only to find out the Canandaigua national Bank did receive your check. Still Canandaigua national bank tells you they cannot find it and after you inform them that you are canceling the check to have a new one reissued they then miraculously find your check and try to cash it and when it comes up a canceled check they try to charge you a return fee. On top of that when you have paid off a loan account they will re-open the account without your knowledge saying that you owe them additional monies after the accounts been paid off and without telling you will wait over 30 days to then charge you late fees and hit your credit report. The executive office does nothing. I have entered complaints with the federal reserve and the state attorney general against this bank.
